The agreement

These terms are between you and Honestly Amanda Mae, operating Here is Enough (hereisenough.app). By creating an account, signing in, or buying a membership or course, you agree to them.

The Privacy policy explains how we handle information. The two documents should be read together.

What Here is Enough is — and is not

Short teaching videos, small practices, courses, optional membership, and a quiet community, made by Honestly Amanda Mae.

It is a wellness and educational service, not a medical device. It does not diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease or condition. It is not therapy, counselling, medical care, legal advice, or a crisis service, and is not a substitute for a qualified healthcare professional.

If you are in crisis, contact your local emergency number or a verified crisis line right away. In the United States you can call 988 or text 988.

Membership

Membership is $9.99 a month or $69.99 a year unless we tell you a different price at checkout. It renews automatically until you cancel.

There is no free trial. Some topics are free to watch, and they stay free. Membership is optional.

Cancellation

Cancel any time from billing or account settings. Website memberships are cancelled through Stripe’s customer portal. iOS memberships are cancelled in your App Store account (Subscriptions). You keep access until the end of the period you have already paid for. We do not charge a cancellation fee.

Deleting your Here is Enough account does not cancel an App Store subscription. Cancel it in your App Store subscriptions.

Android memberships are cancelled in Google Play → Payments & subscriptions. Deleting your account does not cancel Google Play billing.

Courses

Membership includes every course. You can also buy a course on its own without membership (for example Trusting God Without Forcing It at $39.99). A standalone purchase stays in your library whether or not you keep a membership.

Refunds

If something went wrong with a purchase, write to us. We will look at it with you, plainly and fairly. App Store and Google Play purchases are also subject to the store’s refund process; chargebacks and Stripe’s dispute process may apply to card payments.

Payments

On the website, payment is handled securely by Stripe. In the iOS app, purchases use the App Store. In the Android app, purchases use Google Play Billing. Here is Enough does not store card details and never collects them. Taxes, if any, are shown by the applicable checkout.

Both paths write to the same account. A purchase on the website is available in the app, and a purchase in the app is available on the website.

Your account

You must be at least 18 years old. One account per person. Keep your sign-in email current so links reach you. You are responsible for activity on your account. You can close your account at any time from Account settings.

Intellectual property and using the content

Videos, writing, practices, design, and the Here is Enough name are owned by Honestly Amanda Mae or our licensors. Everything here is for your own personal, non-commercial use.

Please do not copy, scrape, re-upload, or sell the videos or practices. You are welcome to share links, and to talk about what helped.

Acceptable use

Do not misuse the service: no scraping at scale, no interfering with security, no pretending to be someone else, and no using Here is Enough to harm others.

We can close or limit an account that is misused. Where we reasonably can, we will tell you why.

Community

If you use Community, the community guidelines shown in the Community area of the site and app apply. In short: be kind; speak from your own experience; no harassment, hate, threats, exploitation, scams, or identifying details about children or other people; no diagnoses or guaranteed healing; staff may remove content and restrict accounts.

Community is not monitored around the clock. It is not a place to wait for emergency help.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. If a court is needed, the state or federal courts in Texas may hear the dispute.

Here is Enough is provided as-is. To the extent the law allows, Honestly Amanda Mae is not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for relying on the teaching as professional care. Some places do not allow these limits, so they may not apply to you.
