Who we are

Here is Enough is operated by Honestly Amanda Mae. These pages apply to the website, the member area, and the Here is Enough mobile apps.

Questions about privacy or these terms can be sent to hello@hereisenough.app. A person reads every message. You can also write to us from Help in the app.

What we collect

Account details: your email address, and your name if you give it (including a name shared by Google or Apple when you sign in that way).

How you use Here is Enough: topics and practices you open or mark as done, items you save, courses you buy, membership status, and similar activity needed to run the product.

Messages you send us: help requests, Weekly Q&A questions to Amanda, and similar notes. Those are read by Amanda so she can reply.

Technical information the site or app needs to work: a session cookie or device session token, basic device or browser information, and security logs (for example, that a sign-in link was used).

Email links, Google, and Apple

There is no password. We can email you a one-time sign-in link (sometimes called a magic link). The link works once and only for a short time.

You may also sign in with Google or with Apple. Those services send us an identifier for your account, and typically your email address. They may also send a name. If you use Apple’s Hide My Email option, we receive Apple’s relay address instead of your personal inbox.

We use that information only to create or recognise your Here is Enough account and keep you signed in. We do not use Google or Apple sign-in to post on your behalf or to read your contacts.

Cookies and session

On the website we set an essential session cookie so we know you are signed in. It is httpOnly, used only for authentication, and lasts about 30 days unless you sign out. The apps store a session token on the device for the same purpose.

We may remember preferences you choose (for example captions or text size) with your account or on this device.

We do not use advertising cookies, and we do not track you across other companies’ websites. We do not currently run third-party analytics pixels. If we later offer optional, anonymous visit counting, it will stay off until you turn it on.

Payments

When you buy a membership or a course on the website, checkout is hosted by Stripe. Stripe collects and processes your payment details. Here is Enough never collects card numbers, and we do not store card numbers.

When you buy in the iOS app, payment is charged to your Apple ID through the App Store. Apple processes that payment. We receive a signed transaction so we can grant the same membership or course on your account.

When you buy in the Android app, payment is charged through Google Play Billing. Google processes that payment. We receive and verify the purchase token with the Google Play Developer API before granting a membership or course.

We receive confirmation that a payment happened, the amount, the currency, what it was for, and related billing status (for example active, cancelled, or past due) so we can keep your access accurate.

Stripe’s, Apple’s, and Google Play’s own privacy policies apply to information you give them at checkout.

Community posts

If you use Community, posts and comments can be read by other community members and by authorised staff. They are not private messages to Amanda. Please leave out details you do not want others to know.

We keep community content so the conversation can continue, to moderate the space, and to respond to reports. Staff may remove content that breaks the community guidelines.

How we use information

To provide Here is Enough: sign you in, show your library, honour membership and course purchases, remember settings, and send transactional email (sign-in links, receipts from Stripe, replies to help requests).

To send optional email you asked for, such as a free email plan or occasional notes when new topics arrive. You can unsubscribe from those.

To keep the product safe and working: prevent abuse, debug problems, and meet legal duties.

What you choose in Right Now is used only to open the matching moment. It is not sold, not used for advertising, and not shared as a profile of you.

Who we share with

We do not sell your personal information. We do not share it for cross-context behavioural advertising.

A small number of companies process data for us, only as needed for their job: hosting and database, email delivery for sign-in links and newsletters, Stripe for website payments, Apple for App Store purchases and Sign in with Apple, Google for Google Play Billing or if you choose Google sign-in, and a video host for streaming.

We may disclose information if the law requires it, or to protect someone’s safety.

How long we keep things

We keep your account for as long as it exists. If you request deletion, removal from our active systems is scheduled for 14 days later. Public profile photos are deleted and optional email profiles are unsubscribed/deletion-requested. We retain only records required for tax, accounting, fraud prevention, security, safety, disputes, or legal compliance, with account identifiers removed where the record no longer needs them.

You can download a copy of your data, change your email, or delete your account from Account settings. You do not have to ask us first, though you can write to us if a control is not yet available on your device.

Children

Here is Enough, including Community, is for adults age 18 and older. We do not knowingly allow or collect personal information from anyone under 18.

If you are a parent or guardian and believe a person under 18 created an account, write to us and we will investigate and delete it where appropriate.

If this changes

If we change how we handle your information in a meaningful way, we will update this page and, where appropriate, tell you by email in plain language before the change takes effect.
